Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want a drop, email us and we will let you know when international shipping opens.

Pre-order timing

Exclusive Drop Vol. 001 is a charge-now pre-order. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve one of the 34 units. Production and delivery take approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date you order. We will email you when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free. Standard shipping is included in the price on every order of $50 or more, which is every Drop Vol. 001 order. There is no paid expedited option, because on a pre-order the production window sets your delivery date, not the carrier.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of stock arriving at our fulfillment location. Once your order ships, standard delivery is 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately and we will fix it if the order has not shipped.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with your household and neighbors first, then email us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging.
