Refund policy

Country Clubbin drops are limited runs. Once a drop sells out it is not restocked. Please read this before you order.

Pre-orders and cancellations

Exclusive Drop Vol. 001 is a charge-now pre-order. Payment is collected at checkout and your item ships approximately 6 to 8 weeks later. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with the hang tag still attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email joshua@joshuaguiles.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement where stock allows, or a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges

Because every drop is a limited run with no restocks, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different colorway, request a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, email joshua@joshuaguiles.com.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
