Refund policy

Country Clubbin drops are limited runs. Once a drop sells out it is not restocked. Please read this before you order.

Pre-orders and cancellations

Exclusive Drop Vol. 001 is a charge-now pre-order. Payment is collected at checkout and your item ships approximately 6 to 8 weeks later. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund, with no fees, at any time before it ships. Email us with your order number and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with the hang tag still attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email joshua@joshuaguiles.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping and restocking fee

Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund a return we do not receive.

A restocking fee of 10% of the item price is deducted from every approved return. On a $119.00 item that fee is $11.90. It covers inspection, repackaging, and returning a limited-run unit to available inventory.

The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or to pre-orders cancelled before they ship.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email joshua@joshuaguiles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item where stock allows or refund you in full, with no restocking fee.

Exchanges

Because every drop is a limited run with no restocks, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different colorway, return the original under this policy and place a new order while stock lasts.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or sent back without the hang tag attached, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase, cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 10% restocking fee. Shipping is free on every order, so there is no original shipping charge to refund. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
